I had some tapes do that to me at times, & I assume it happened when it was recorded in 1985. Some races I taped were completely lost due to this. Eg the 2nd half of Bathurst 1989. Thanks for the upload.
Interesting to see Longhurst's 323i doing well on this track. A similar situation to the 1986 race with the 325i. Amaroo Park was a great track, Also notice how the Commodores were sliding around later in the race due to the left side tyres going off. I hope nobody asks can you fix the picture that goes snow from time to time. That is the video tape...
