Something you might not be aware of: New World Television was bought by News Corp in 1997. Therefore, the rights to Santa Barbara are held by 20th Century Fox Television.
They should release the full run of Santa Barbara on DVD or some sort of streaming. The show has a cult following inside and outside the United States.
