Do you offer a rebuild kit for the master cylinder or can you point me in a direction to go in for the kit to rebuild the Master Cylinder?

Sorry, I don't. You might check with a company that does rebuilds, like Brake & Equipment Warehouse in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

When should I do this? How can I tell that those seals have gone bad?

The valve will leak if the seals need to be replaced.

Do you offer replacement rubber caps/plugs in case of broken or damaged plugs?

Sorry, I do not. You can scavenge them from another used valve.

What would cause me to have no fluid moving to the rear brakes?

A blockage somewhere between your master cylinder and your rear brakes.

Which side is front? The big hole or the small hole?

The lines for the front brakes attach in the smaller holes at the end that has the front brake line inlet fitting. The big nut at the other end that covers the proportioning valve assembly is near the rear brake inlet and outlet ports.
