In 1987 i was in 6th class. My school was in Gulberg and daily i had to travel from Iqbal Town in my school van. There was no pollution and never saw a traffic jam those days. Every thing was simple and peaceful without today technology. Life in Lahore was so calm and chilling those days with excellent vibes of english music of that era. ❤ all the way for this video maker.

The city of gardens and colleges,no pollution,no scattered garbage and reasonable population,now there is traffic,pollution,innumerable people and slums along side Ferozpur Road and the rest of the city.The capital city of Mughals has now become unliveable with AQI becoming the world’s worst.😢

I was born and raised in Lahore. This was the Lahore I remember. Moved to UK 30 years ago, each time I visit Lahore , I feel more traumatised for what they have done to it 😢

Remember each and everything here. I literally spent everyday in liberty market and on these roads back in 1987. Yummy 86 and Br7ger 11 and Gambit are gone but Salt n Pepper is still there 😊

I was born in 1979 Rawalpindi and these images bring back a world only who lived it knew how innocent and beautiful life was back in 80s and 90s after 2000 the world has become a gutter.

Aaj 2024 mein logon k paas kitna paisa aa gya hy keh Liberty Market mein koi jagha khaali nahi milti... jabkeh 1987 mein ikka dukka gaariyan nazar aa rahi hein....aur Liberty mein taangay bhi chal rahay hein. Kya time tha.
