Very nice, well-maintained 1987 Mercedes-Benz 560SL for sale with only 65,800 original miles. This pampered R107 was purchased new in Georgia living briefly in Florida until coming to Nevada in 1990 then into California in 1997.
Inside the Palomino interior is nicely preserved with minimal wear, clean and detailed, and very comfortable. All gauges and switches are in good working order along with lights, heating, and air conditioning making it enjoyable for even the longest drives.
The exterior looks fantastic with beautiful paint, trim, glass, and lenses. The current and previous owners know each other and we understand that the car has been kept indoors by both and it shows. The cloth top was replaced and is in excellent condition. The car has its original 15" factory alloy wheels wrapped in a nice set of P205/65 R15 Continental tires with 95%+ tread remaining.
It is in Sea Foam Green with its beautifully preserved, original Palomino Leather interior and a newer black soft-top. Includes 85+ pages of extensive records dating back to 1990, books, both keys, hardtop stand, car cover, and both top wrenches.
The 5.6L V8 engine starts, idles, and runs beautifully. Shifting is spot-on and the suspension and braking are tight and responsive making it wonderful to drive. It had a major $5,600 service at 63,314 miles.
