We recently teamed up with @ClarionBuilds to restore an aging example of the iconic 1st Generation Acura NSX. After sourcing a fairly clean 1991 model with the right mileage, ClarionBuilds commissioned the world-class technicians at Autowave Los Angeles to manage the massive project of completely restoring this NSX. As the project progressed ClarionBuilds asked us to join the team by designing, manufacturing and installing a bespoke leather interior befitting the Clarion brand. After consulting with the ClarionBuilds team we decided to go with a two-tone setup using our Ecstasy Black leather as the perimeter material and our rich European instpired Ecstasy Cotto Brown full grain leather for the facings of the seat. We also decided to upgrade the center body sections of the seat to a perforated leather finish. Lastly, we wrapped the door grabe handles, door armrests, center console lid, the ebrake handle, ebrake boot and shift knob in corresponding materials.

I really need this brown color for my 2009 chevy Malibu LTZ in which the dash, gear shifting and door panels are already this color. But I'm looking for solid seats front and back. Also how do I know what color I actually have?

how did he remove the plastic bag after vacuum?

MajorVA The headrest liner bag actually stays around the headrest foam upon installation. Once the headrest cover is installed and the foam fills out back into it's original shape, we cut off any of the excess plastic liner and clip the headrest shut. In a lot of newer vehicle models we find similar liners on the inside of the factory headrest covers.

Hey I am planning on buying a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Sport Turbo which comes stock with black leather seats. There is a red kit available from Hyundai but only in Korea and Europe. I was wondering if I could order a customer red 100 % leather kit from you guys and have it fitted by my local dealer or interior shop? Thanks

+Junior Shepherd Our leather pattern was designed for the SE model with cloth seats and no rear armrest. If there is a rear armrest in the vehicle our pattern will not fit. However, if the factory interior in your Sort Turbo does not have the rear armrest please send us pictures when you get it to sales@leatherseats.com and we can try to work something up! +Junior Shepherd Unfortunately we do not have a pattern that fits the armrest. You may want to check with a local automotive upholstery shop as many times they have a lot more flexibility with one-off custom patterns. Sorry that we aren't able to help out with this one, we wish you the best of luck.
