Honestly I can't remember but it was very nice. It even had straps like a back pack to wear around. It was a non-magnetic due to the aluminum tank and I purchased it from Iron Pony
That is a Corbin seat. It is aftermarket but fits like OEM. I imagine you can probably still find them on eBay. Maybe still be able to buy one new. Thank you and good luck!
