Rob Brown! Love your tutorials. My double strokes still suck and my groove is terrible but I'm trying! I also agree with you. The internet can take for granted how difficult and time consuming it is to create content like this. It's 14 minutes long but took her countless hours of work over the course of 3 years! On my channel I've spent sooo many hours on videos that are only a couple minutes long and don't have anywhere near this amount of work displayed.
Anyone who messes or fixes with MR2s and still make clean build, deserves a massive Respect, this car is like a nightmare to troubleshoot and find parts(at least where I live) that's why swaps(not only engine)are pretty common. And that's... A frickin awesome and clean build
Brings flashbacks of Germany in '92 when we traveled there with my parents. A relative surprised us at the gate in Amsterdam... My parents stayed in Amsterdam for the tulip gardens... Being kids, my brother and I couldn't care less, so we got to hitch an early ride back to Germany in her husbands black MR2!! We also got backroads rides on their Ducatti's to get some ice cream somewhere... Goot times!!! That's an amazing build!! Great save!!!!
Oh I remember those years, you really really did an amazing job Many people who came late to the show think it was an easy build, change few bulbs and few things here and there. YOU HAD THE ENGINE OUT AND REBUILT IT. THIS IS A FULL $50,000 restoration at a pro shop. That is beyond belief. Love you Sarah. This is going to the Save folder
There are not many men with the knowledge, patience and expertise to do what you did...and even fewer women. You are an inspiration for anyone wanting to undertake a project that seems impossible. I am thoroughly impressed.
Honestly.... subtle and clean. No crazy body kits. Just small clean accents. Very well thought out. Not many have the passion for this anymore. Beautiful car!!!
Sarah, you have captured the true essence of a street racing garage guru or ( car nut to most ) in this rendition of Mr. Dos. Your transparency, won't give up attitude, wacky character (hot by the way) and your sailors mouth innuendos mixed in with true knowledge contained with in each vlog is phenomenal. Not to mention your kindheartedness.
I think we can safely say that you know Mr Dos as well or better than the people that built him, It's a testament to your tenacity in not giving up when he was fighting back not wanting to be fixed, you've done an amazing job.
WOW! This is SPECTACULAR! You've completely rebuilt & refurbed an icon back into BETTER than factory. Congratulations, a superb achievement & a great video, Thanks for sharing.
I was even impressed by you getting it to run when the 3 previous owners couldn't. Sometimes looking back on your progress is what you need to realise how awesome the journey was and how far you've come. Even though I haven't been here since the beginning, this video did put a smile on my face.
This is inspiring. I’m planning to show this video to my 2-yo and 4-yo daughters as yet another example that they can do anything. You did an awesome job. I hope to see more women doing stuff like this.
Encapsulating 3 years of work into a 15 minute slice of time...Sarah, what you have achieved is nothing short of amazing. All the highs and the lows that it took to get here. What a journey. I’ve watched and enjoyed every episode, and my life has been enriched for it. Girl, you should be dammed proud of what you’ve accomplished. I know that you have had help from time to time, but this is really all on you. You have taken that diamond in the rough, and created a beautiful gem. Absolutely amazing, and with version 2.0 on the way, I can hardly wait. I am just completely blown away. Well done Ian London, Ontario
representing all the car people out there and their passion of rebuilding cars, it really does take a lot of time, effort, patience and money... it is art in its own way
The like button doesn't some how feel appropriate. loved watch this series despite all of it trails & tribulations. Cant wait to see what next in store for Minster Dos don't ever give up your eye for detail Sarah.
Her Legz its how we learned to drive in the snow, empty Sears parking lot, rear wheel drive car and so many donuts the cops came. There is a Joke in there some where
Aren't you glad for all the little details your OC compelled you to perform? The end result is well worth all the effort. Thanks for having us along for the ride but the journey continues...
Cracking motor! Some blood sweat and tears gone in too this Sarah! That most will be unable to appreciate! Great craftsmanship and vision to see this job through! Hats off to you on this Sarah ☝️👍🏼 🏎
How many gloves, how many buffing pads, how many head aches and heart aches, how many manicures and tacos, and how many hours of your life? Heart and Soul poured into this virtually solo project, it’s been a pleasure to watch for these past years. Thank you for sharing with us, Sarah! 😎❤️
I had a 1986 model and I miss it all the time. There never was a better tire smokin' redline hungry fling about fun car than the MRTWO was. This video brought back great memories!
Love this! I wish I could be your friend and learn all the car things from you, every time I try and put my foot in the door to the car world everyone just laughs. I want to learn! I absolutely love watching your videos and I can really see the pride you take in this car after spending so much time with it. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
WOW, with all the time and effort you put in, you managed to bring a dead old car back to life and even better than it was, I'm so amazed, great job 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
SEE - that didn't take too long! 🤣 Well done Sarah - I've watched every single one of the videos but this encapsulates the project so well. Mister Dos is a fantastic testament to your hard work, OCD and dogged persistence. The next project car should only take two & a half years! Won't that be a blessed relief? Thanks again for sharing & entertaining us all. 🙂🙃🙂🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧🐧 Really enjoying the Rally Car. 😍
Yea chrisfix got nothing on this ladies nails nor possibility of his hair getting snagged, ripped from his scalp, or straight up caught like a fire hazard.
Amazing how far it's come, and I'm grateful you took me along...I think I found you right after you bought it. What was that like 10k subs? Great job and best wishes for all the success going forward!
I had a 1993T and finally let go of it in 2020. I just didn't have the desire to put the time and effort into it anymore. For those who don't know, this car is sick fast, very unique in design but always needs TLC. I can totally relate to the amount of effort and grit put into this video so thank you for putting it together. You have done something phenomenal!
The effort in creating this was not wasted Miss N’tuned - this is one of those slow burner videos that new people will watch. Great job with the MR2. Where did you learn your skills?
Excellent job. Love that you did this with tools the average person has and on the ground. It is refreshing to see a project done in the same way I would have to do it.
Hi Sarah - True HUGE compliments to you!! Unbelievable to see how you totally took that car apart! Everything you did - Wiring, mechanicals, paint etc., etc.! You are beautiful, totally knowledgeable, funny and a seriously hard worker!! Kudos times many powers of 10!
I can't add anything more to all of the great comments, so I'll just second them and hope you continue to do great stuff and share it with all of us. You took a pile and turned it into something truly worthwhile and astonishing. Great job. If you were my daughter, I'd be so proud of you!
There were two of these parked across the street from my high school when I was 16 and my friends and I use to walk past them on our way home from school and talk about buying one some day and when I was 28, I finally bought one of my own and have had it ever since. Its been the best car Ive ever owned.
Everyone wants to rebuild something to a museum quality restoration...and their interests vary. So beautiful to watch projects like this that showcase the dedication put into it. Amazing job!!
This video Rocks. It's great to see Mr Dos be from the beginning. Time lapse. With Your Personal touch. Especially since I had just binge watched most of these are episodes in 4 days
