Extremely disappointing that both Jeff Hogg & Craig Lambert left Richmond the way they did. They were both great players for Richmond in the late 80s & early 90s in a period where Richmond had their difficulties. Hogg was even Richmond Captain in 1993 for goodness sake. I think losing both Hogg & Lambert prevented Richmond from making more finals in the 1990s.

Richmond ended up getting the better deal for Hogg but it just shows how bad things must have been at tigerland that their captain left (or was swapped), and Lambert just walked (he was my favorite player at that time)

@@TheNomad2727 Yes, the big loss was Lambert. A couple of years later they prematurely lost Free and Maxfield walked. With these 3 in the mid Tigers must've made more finals in that era. Can't fathom why they let Lambert go.
