It seems funny asking what color red is it when it is the color red.. but I assume you mean the shade. It is nice looking though too bad he didn't answer. But I imagine almost any shade of red will have a similar effect if used on a black bike with white walls like that.

At around 1:32 it looks like the OEM front fender on the floor is a very close shade of red to the rims... maybe that will help?

Looks like it was converted to hand gear change and foot operated clutch.

Used an old inner tube from the rear tire. Just cut it to size and you’re covered

It appears to be the stock air filter cover but he had it engraved or possibly air brushed by a good artist. I know for a fact no one sells anything like that online or anywhere. That said, there could be a market by anyone so inclined/enterprising and being many don't want to remove the OEM air box and all that stuff and rejetting for a stack etc.... really surprised no one is selling something like that already.

Woops take that back. I did a little google foo and although hard to tell if this is exactly the same it does seem you can get it on ebay for $150 plus shipping. Just search "Honda Shadow Steed VT400/600 88-98 New Chrome Air Cleaner Box (Live To Ride)". It looks a little different though but a start.
