You dont have to do much to get 425 honestly, but yeah good buy man! Great car. 97 was on the cusp of the bottom end up grade but it varies. The bottom end rod bearings. 95-96 for sure is the most hated year to work on because the split thrust bearings were thin do building on that motor was no fun. Obviously 6 bolt is the way to go, but yeah. Good stuff man.

@@Tiknuttle to be completely honest, both engines on a reliable scale comparing them, if you keep maintaining the engines, they are both pretty reliable. Normal driving… if you drive them hard daily. The GS ( 420a non turbo) is gonna take you further

It’s not REAL leather, but I got both seats done for $300, it was a discounted price by a local guy.
