The Marlins captured Game Three of the '97 Series in Cleveland, which turned out to be one of the longest, sloppiest, coldest, and highest scoring games in the history of the World Series.
The game-time temperature for Game Three was 40 degrees colder than for Game Two. That's insane.

They won a World Series with Bonilla and Sheffield in key defensive positions. Sheffield even robs a home run @2:18:25. What a charmed team.

The grey roads with FLORIDA on them are classic. How could anyone look at them and say, nah, we need something better.

This series was criticized for too many runs being scored. I don't know why. It was an excellent series, one of my all-time favorites. Thanks so much for uploading every game!

At 2:18:33, the Marlins’ outfielder Gary Sheffield made a spectacular catch to rob Jim Thome’s second home run of the game. Listen what Bob Costas just said about it “He caught it! The play of the series. The play of the World Series from Gary Sheffield.”

Hearing Bob Uecker call a Indians game makes me think this is Major League and I'm looking in Cleveland's dugout for Willie Mays Hayes and Roger Dorn.
