I don't agree. Tony was not a criminal. Tony was guilty of custodial interference which is when someone keeps a child away from their parent. No, he didn't get jail time. What he did get was punishment enough. Tony was guilty of the same thing Carly was. Carly was keeping her son away from his bio dad - custodial interference - and endangering Michael, after she committed a long list of legally punishable crimes starting upon her arrival in PC. Tony never committed any other crimes before or after his conviction.
Tony doesn't need help mentally. Because kidnapping is a crime too but somehow they just want to call it something else like custodial interference just to keep him out of jail and that's what I hate about this.

Oh, then comes the betrayal, because Robin should never have kept that secret for one minute. Both her parents and her uncle were police commissioners and Robin is going to be a doctor, nice way to start off her career. If Jason couldn't tell the truth in the first place then he had no business being in a relationship with Robin at all, the betrayal was on Jason's end.
Everything Robin did was to make sure that Tony doesn't go to jail like he should have. Because Robin always sees the good in people even when they mess up a lot. Because it's crazy how Robin doesn't realize that. Because Robin shouldn't have told AJ anything because it was not her secret to tell at all.
@@thefighter5182 Tony didn't deserve to go to jail. He lost everything, it was punishment enough. Robin realized that because she'd known Tony her entire life. If Robin could excuse Jason's choices, she could excuse Tony's. Michael's paternity should never have been anyone's secret.
@CRAYZEE TONY Well if Mac were to convince Robin to get Tony to turn himself in and plead guilty then it would be a slam dunk case to send Tony to jail where he belongs. Because I don't like how the Cassadine's had something to do with getting Tony off scot free. Because they think Tony is a nuisance too.
Ned to taggart " your a peach " lmao. Robin is so annoying. She was at her most annoying when she was pregnant. Ud think she was the first woman to ever be pregnant. She loves to punish people. First carly & jason by telling aj bc she had no problem with things with aj knowing when she played house with jason & Micheal. Then bc Patrick told her the truth that he did not want kids with anyone when she got pregnant she lied & told Patrick for months it was a sperm donor. Then when he confronted her & asked to be part of the babys life her mantra was " u don't want kids " but he told her that was then but now that it was happening he felt different.
