I love Bobby and what she told robin was right. Robin always had this one-sided righteousness. Everyone says Carly is reckless but so is robin. She likes telling people what to do and then say it’s for their own good. It will take her decades to learn her lesson.
The problem that we had with Robin's testimony is that it was not truthful. It was done with the intent to be deceitful. And for us that made Robin a total hypocrite because she was supposed to be a paragon of morality but instead she had turned out to be just as manipulative, deceitful and a liar like Carly and Elizabeth. Which has been a totally shocking experience for us. But what is most interesting is that she hides behind her morality, her standards and expectations, her self righteousness and judgemental attitude to do exactly what she passes judgements on others. During her testimony, Robin had the opportunity to tell the truth of what had happened, nothing more nothing less, but she chose to do what she accused Carly of doing which was to accommodate the version of the events to whatever was beneficial for her. That was not fair for Michael, his entire family and certainly not for Jason. And most definitely, it showed a lack of understanding of the meaning of justice on Robin's part. The fact that Robin had to be treated as a hostile witness was very revealing because it showed us that she had a problem with been truthful and with allowing the Justice System to work. It showed us that Robin would always follow her own set of rules and standards without taking into consideration anyone else's feelings. Nevermind respecting or following the rules of law that she allegedly was so hell bent in following. As it turned out to be, Robin was not the paragon of morality and fairness that everyone have always thought she was. Overall, she is a good person but just like everyone else she has her flaws. The problem begins when people deny said simple fact and continue to portray her almost like a Saint. Blessed be!
And Bobbie has EVERY RIGHT to slam Robin for trying to blame Tony kidnapping a baby, holding Robin hostage and pulling a gun on Jason. And Tony bringing Maxie back to her ain't have a damn thing to do with this.
A person with any compassion wouldn’t treat a dog the way Tony treated Michael and Robin. What about the gun he kept hidden at the cabin door and threatened Jason with? They should have brought up Robin’s condition as Jason carried her into GH, or the fact Tony had kept her away from her HIV meds. Tony should have been sent to the Mental Hospital! Robin can dismiss the level of Danger she was in, but she can’t dismiss the fact Tony stole a baby, hid him in a hospital, lie when he was questioned ,then left him unattended in a unheated cabin for hours and hours at a time.
The other thing that Carly isn't responsible for is Robin committing perjury for Tony. Because even Helena Cassadine got Alexis aka Natasha Cassadine to free Tony.
I cannot understand Robin....she is justifying what Tony did....Tony knew for months after that Micheal was not his so is either he was mental or he knew exactly what he was doing.
Darrel Jensen should have put up a better prosecution !! Where are the pictures of the room where Michael and Robin were kept? Tony had premeditation to commit this crime of kidnapping, which is a federal offense. How about the doctors that treated Robin with pneumonia ? instead of asking only Bobbie and she is related to the defendant. This is a case of an abduction of a infant and a (stupidly naive) young woman that was abducted against her will and left without her medication for days... I don't know how Jason can take back Robin after what she said on the witness stand !
None of this would be necessary if Tony pleaded guilty or the law just threw the book at him without needing a trial back then. All this proves is justice indeed truly blind. But to be honest Carly set all of this in motion. Plus, Robin should’ve never been on that stand. For smart guy Jason could be very naive when it comes to taking sides to see Carly is toxic and Robin is good even if her intention were not.
Robin is a good person and she wants to see the good in anyone even Tony Robin's naive she believes that one Bad act does no erase so many good acts that is true but so many good acts does not do not erase one bad Act
Robin full of shit. She was full of herself and selfish. She love jason right yet she never had his back. She betrayed him 3 times she was so insecure. She spent the first part of the relationship talking about stone than she went behind jason back and made choices for him and than got tony off and than left aj with micheal after he tryed to take him and than ran her mouth about micheal not thinking about how jason would feel.. and jason brain damaged ass couldn't see it until it was too late. And too make it up she slept with jason even tho before she was so concerned with giving him hiv no matter what her cell count and disease was she wouldn't do but to make up for getting him and carly being gone she slept wit his sip ass.. Tony should have at least had psychiatric evaluation. This might have kept Carly from losing her mind. I am still pissed. Tony not being sent to Shadybrook set off a chain of events tharuined people's lives. Carly grew to hate Robin for this and telling AJ that he was Michael's father.
Tony probably should have had a psychiatric eval and it probably would have done him some good to go to Shadybrook, but I fail to see what chain of events was set off because he didn't. So what events are you trying to lay at Tony's feet? Because he drew attention to the fact that Michael was in danger from a mother who made questionable decisions and was being raised in the mob which endangered Michael as much as Tony did? Oh, and Carly didn't grow to hate Robin for this. She hated Robin from the start because Carly wanted Jason. Robin didn't need to do anything more to give Carly a reason to hate her.
Brenda is another version of Tony but in a different way. Because unlike Tony that Brenda is the most insane crazy one here. Because that's why Tony would never want to kidnap Brenda. Because that would be the most stupid thing to do.
Jason looked not happy with Robin at all his face said it all but it was Carly who said something about what she said on the stand Carly was no one to say anything at all to Robin because Carly told tony that he was the dad when he was not because Carly did not want to tell a.j the truth.i liked that jason told Carly not to speak to Robin like that again
It doesn't matter what Robin says at all. Because she committed perjury which means she lied because she did that for Tony. But at least Carly wouldn't lie for Tony. That means Robin is a liar because of her insane morality.
By saying she wasn't in any danger. Because she was in danger of emonia and could've died. Because Tony wasn't distraught when kidnapping Michael and holding Robin prisoner in the cabin all alone.
mybella boy, are you out of line with that comment! Where is the hypocrisy in any of Robin's actions or words? I certainly prefer/like characters who have good morals. Robin is definitely one of those . . . and carly is not.
I know right but he kept her away for him but jason kept Carly close even though of his mob business.why would jason do that to Robin if he loved her a lot i know he was trying to protect Robin but she grow up with parents with guns and more
I thought Bobbie was WAY too hard on Robin and Tony in this one. Bobbie, of all people, knows good and well some of the hell Carly put Tony through because she was there when Carly was cursing her out, also!
