This showed so much how Jason loved, cared for robin holding her close to him kissing her robin in his arms and more this was the first time that Jason was afraid of losing robin for good, ever and Jason showed it to a point he so loved robin,Michael so much and would do everything to protected them even years later with sonny,Michael, joss, mike,Carly the most
Robin was so calm after everything that happened, and her faith in trust in Jason never wavered. Her behavior contradicts others thoughts that she didn't accept Jason's choices. She accepted them, but she believed he could be better and live safer and never stopped trying to get him to see that as well. That's what a partner does; inspires his/her partner to be the best person the can be.
Robin was calm because she grew up in the life. Although you probably never get used to the attempts on your life... From a past clip, Marino may have killed her step dad when he attempted to get out the mob.
All the good mob - actually looked like they could be bodyguards have died...the body guards that came in later years looked and acted like jokes...my opinion
OMG Robi n, stop trying to manipulate Jason into not eliminating threats to him and his family. She was never going to last trying to keep Jason from killing. The fact that Jason thought enough to let Leticia know that she didn't have to come back to work and that he would pay her salary.
I don't think it was manipulation. I think Robin understood that Jason was quick to kill. She also knew if Jason retaliated in the way of killing, he could go to jail. She knew Sonny planned out everything, he hit his enemies back with non-violence as the mob boss. Jason was a lieutenant and had that lieutenant mentally even as the boss. His associates even told him as mob boss he needed to think differently. Jason didn't have a lieutenant to do the killing when non-violence didn't work.
@@vanessa4704 it 100% was manipulation because Robin likes to control situations and Jason let’s her. If it had been Sonny, whatever choice he made, he would have not discussed anything with her, so she would have never had the option to control the situation. She doesn’t know how the business works, but she just assumes that Jason is going to kill someone and she thinks things should be done differently, so she’s exerting her influence, wherever and whenever she can. What does “best for everyone” mean except that she didn’t want Jason to hurt anyone because whatever Jason does is going to be illegal, in her eyes. Jason essentially said, told her that something was going to happen, it would be him who did it, and she needs to keep her mouth shut, when it does. Robin can be worried about if Jason could be sent to prison or jail, is not the same thing as trying to weigh in to control what happens. Benny just said that he appreciated how Jason was calm, that means he at least has some faith that Jason will take an appropriate action, whatever that may be. Robin needs to stay in her lane.
