Loving the project/progress. Idk if you have already done this or if it has been suggested but have you done a compression test or a leak down test? Hopefully the o2 senor fixes it. Also might want to check the distributor and the timing.

Every DSM I've ever owned I ran open atmosphere on my BOV, if you use a HKS ssq or a Tial bov and just cap off the hose (the cap from a quart of oil bottle fits perfectly) these cars love it and those bov shut pretty quick so they work. Honestly this is one of the nicest cars you've owned, I'd consider putting the Volks on it to give it that extra something, just to really raise the bar.

Looking good chief!!! Unfortunately CX Racing is known for some questionable fitment. But aftermarket parts are rare for this platform. I really hope you can get it running right before you put too many more mods on it. Need to enjoy it in each phase. Fingers crossed for the O2 sensor 🤞Get yourself a datalog cable and the EVOScan software. A DSM guy like you can have plenty of use for it. Also I recommend switching out that BOV. Not sure what brand that is but I a GReddy Type FV will replace is nicely. Trust me, I know from experience 😁

You should do a recirculating bov. I hear open atmosphere makes it run funny if running stock ecu.

check your pulleys for that weird issue. maybe the pulley seal aswell

Looks good man. But honestly if I were you, I would’ve waited until you installed bigger turbos. Stock 9bs are gonna be maxed out and cause much more lag than needed

Love the front mount intercooler. I just don't like the stick out from the intercooler pipes. I think I would have gotten them custom made. Better fitment IMO. But lookin faster with each video.

Evap canisters actually have zero negative performance impacts and make one of the biggest impacts to reducing emissions full stop. I highly encourage you to relocate it and reinstall it for a street driven car.

Hey bro you should check out 3000gt / GTO restoration it's good channel Joe has all the little tricks working on the 3000gt and Huracan Ian hes done a full rebuild with all the mods. Hopefully that can help out with info and inspiration. Keep it up our 3000gt/GTO is a pain to work on but it will be worth it!
