1999 Civic Flashing D4-Gear Slamming-Sluggish-Must shift Manually? 

Customer stated:
Flashing D4
Sluggish
Slamming gear when shift from Park
Must shift manually?
Checked:
Harness
Plugs
Wires
Lose Connections
Trans fluid
ECU
Main Relay..etc
Come to find out.
A lose/connector wire at the Linear Shift Solenoid preventing it from going into gear.
The customer will also clean the linear actuator(highly suggested)
