Well my first video for today was taken down because the copyright Demons decided to strike again.
Let's hope the second biggest comeback in AFL/VFL history gets a good run.
Round 12 1999 Saint Kilda versus Hawthorn.
a 63 point comeback by the Hawks which I didn't find out about until the next day because I was out.

My Dad and Uncle went to the pub at halftime. I watched till the end. I love a comeback.

Grant Thomas said this game was the impetus to him involved in St Kilda's management. It's just too bad the higher ups at St Kilda fired him, when he probably would have won St Kilda a premiership. This game would have been the drive for St Kilda's second premiership. Not to be, though.

This is why I have never ever believed in leaving before the siren even if your team is getting thrashed. You just never know what is going to happen.

Remember this game well. When we were down by nearly ten goals I thought about avoiding the dreaded Waverly carpark and considered an early departure. So glad a stayed for the comeback.
