Remastered version of this unreleased stereo mix of the Stones' hit single. It charted at number 2 both in UK and US in February '66, breaking the band's number 1 streak started by their 1964 single "It's All Over Now". It is considered to be one of Brian Jones' greatest achievements with the Stones. His amazing guitar work can now be heard in true stereo coming from both channels.
Lyrics:
You're the kind of person you meet at certain dismal, dull affairs
Center of a crowd, talking much too loud, running up and down the stairs
Well, it seems to me that you have seen too much in too few years
And though you've tried you just can't hide your eyes are edged with tears
You better stop, look around
Here it comes, here it comes, here it comes, here it comes
Here comes your nineteenth nervous breakdown
When you were a child you were a treated kind but you were never brought up right
You were always spoiled with a thousand toys but still you cried all night
Your mother who neglected you owes a million dollars tax
And your father's still perfecting ways of making sealing wax
You better stop, look around
Here it comes, here it comes, here it comes, here it comes
Here comes your nineteenth nervous breakdown
Oh, who's to blame
That girl's just insane
Well, nothing I do don't seem to work
It only seems to make the matters worse
Oh, please
You were still in school when you had that fool who really messed your mind
And after that you turned your back on treating people kind
On our first trip I tried so hard to rearrange your mind
But after awhile I realized you were disarranging mine
You better stop, look around
Here it comes, here it comes, here it comes, here it comes
Here comes your nineteenth nervous breakdown
Oh, who's to blame
That girl's just insane
Well, nothing I do don't seem to work
It only seems to make the matters worse
Oh, please
When you were a child you were treated kind but you were never brought up right
You were always spoiled with a thousand toys but still you cried all night
Your mother who neglected you owes a million dollars tax
And your father's still perfecting ways of making sealing wax
You better stop, look around

Thank you for that bit of information. This was one of the tracks that showed of Keith & Brian's guitar 'weaving' interplay the most, I think.

Most talented stone. Brian was also a 1960's fashion icon. Such a shame he didn't get the help he needed. He's in God's hands and will be awaken when God calls his name.😊

Decades before the term "Main Character Syndrome" was coined, the Stones already had recorded the quintessential song about it. I owned the original mono release, so it's nice to hear this stereo version now.

It comes from a bootleg collection called "The Rolling Stones: Stereo Masters," which can be found online and features many stereo mixes in superior fidelity. The mastering was a bit off, though, so I had to do a lot of work on it.

Their have been many sick things in our world for thousands of years. There has ever been one Rolling Stones. The wise enjoy the plethora of wondrous things before they are taken away, and choose paths unknown. What then will a fool do? The Stones were a dynamic ephemeral which vibrated throughout the world. They are members of a great host which suggests, and indeed, forces people to awaken before they see their last sunrise.

Opens up a lot of detail. You can hear the piano for example and Brian(or is it)not Keith playing the 'stop' part plus Bills overdubbed bass dive at the end.Mind none of the parts are THAT hard to play...but in 1965(when this was concieved/ recorded) you had to be the first to think 'em up or borrow them. Can see why the put it out in mono though.More powerful. But great upload none the less.

Brian fue el que formo el grupo, originalmente. Pero el nunca fue el cantante. Ese siempre fue Mick Jagger. El canto respaldo en varias canciones, pero, como dices tu, la voz no era muy buena y Keith tomo el lugar . Escucha a Brian en "Walking the Dog" (primer album).
