@@undefined_garage I've smoked a lot of clutches in my day too lol... Turns out heavy clutches can cause excess crankshaft endplay and also can cut a trans input bearings lifespan in half (especially with the awkward side loading a clutch fork can cause)... Who knew that stuff would come back full circle and ruin clutches...

david smith lol jimmy has so much overhead though, his shop is huge and definitely not cheap. Between bills, shop rent and car parts he really isn’t pocketing enough to pay a bunch of guys full time.

i only first heard of jimmy after I saw him at eastcoastin in new haven last year. It's been so awesome to watch his videos since. His videos have a vibe that not a lot of other creators can accomplish. He certainly does it the best, it sort of feels like you're in the shop with them just hanging out and working on cars. I think that's why I love these videos so much. Not many other creators really entertain me anymore but man jimmy really hits the nail right on the head. We love you jimmy and all the boys at the shop too!

You've come so far man. I don't personally know you, (besides the Jimmy I see on boobtube) but I'm definitely proud of you as a human being. Don't stop, please don't stop, the progression we all see. You got this, and you really have it all. You just gotta keep climbing that ladder to reach the golden apple/ the life you're working so hard for. I can definitely see a full garage of beautifully nasty whips, all running and driving. In due time my friend, in due time. I have secondary progressive multiple sclerosis. Cars were my passion, and unfortunately, which Is complete bullshit, I'm not able to be around cars in any way, considering I'm now in assisted living, way the fuck up in the middle of Maine. I know noone, and aren't able to figure out ways to get back around any kind of car scene. So you, and a few of your RU-vid friends, are my only connection to memories of race fuel, and laying in coolant and oil, while wrenching on those good ol northeast rusted bolts. I look forward to every notification ding for a new video. Thank you.

my act stage 4 ACT clutch on my ka24de holds like 478 torque or some nonsense and is literally the softest clutch i've ever felt. it trip's everyone out.... holds power like no other and literally almost breaks the entire drivetrain when you power shift so you know it's working LOL. Gained a lot of respect for ACT after using this clutch for 5+ years with 0 issues.
