First time even driving the 1/5 EXB Kraton! But this will be the last time I will running it for speed. We are at an all-time best of 111 Mph! I want to have fun with it and use it what it was built to do!

Congrats on 102 mph on your Kraton EXB. I'm waiting for my parts to come for my X-MAXX. I'm building it to do speed runs, and it seems that 100mph is goin to be the goal. Slow and steady on the throttle, OH YA! KEEP ON BASHING, OR SPEEDING! FROM BARRIE ONTARIO CANADA

I did the same exact thing with my arrma talion, of cutting holes in the body and putting black mesh to cover them up, for ventilation. Yes it looks amazing!

ARRMA limitless,infraction etc. are made for speed runs,and YOU can made them fly with your upgarades but.....ARRMA kraton/EXB kraton are the real chalenge for s.runs! i would love (not like) looove to see losi DBXLE V2 AND LOSI SUPER ROCK REY with I.RC upgrades for speed runs.those 1/5 heavy rc cars on 100+ Mph are music to my ears! AM I THE ONLY ONE? Absolutely freaking not!!!!! KEEP AMAZE PEOPLE WITH YOUR S.RUNS! NICE DAY AND KEEP 'THEM' COMING! !

Thanks I appreciate that! I can certainly say I wouldn't ever run this truck at that speed with oem ride height. It absolutely would handle horrible at high speeds, dangerous as well

Hey bud great video! I have a K8S EXB with the XLX2 and 1100kv motor with 35/47 gearing. I ordered some powerhobby batteries, but they sent me the 15.2v 4s batteries instead of 14.8V. According to the Castle manual it says not to run these high voltage batteries on your XLX2? your thoughts? How about the Max 5?

@@muhammadfaliq2145 my XLX2 on both my Outcast 8s and EXB K8S have been great after months of many high jumps and abuse. As long as my ESC fan is working, no problems with heat.

Hey man. I’ve got a quick question for you. I’ve recently bought the mod 1.5 WFO gears 30/30 1:1 gear ratio. My set up is the 1100kv hobby wing motor with the max 6 esc. With that gearing and setup do you think I could damage something/burn something up. I’ve been asking around and no one is getting back to me. THANKS. Your help would be awesome !

I think you'll be ok, but 1100kv at direct drive is a little too high. Gear 3-4 teeth smaller on pinion to stay cool

Hey if you dont mind can you us what TP motor you are using in this build. Looks like a 5660 or 5670 of some sort. What's the KV also I have been having a hard time finding a heat sink for my 1/5 motor. What heat sink are you using? Thanks

Xmaxx heatsink. You can bend it to fit a few different size motors. Thays about all there is for heatsinks this large

Thats a 1270kv tp 5670 its y wind. Alot of people had issues with d wind motors on the xlx2 so be careful and be ready in case the esc wants to catch fire. Castle will cover it if it does

I was gonna go tp 5860 1440kv d wind but might go 1270kv y wind 5670 instead to play it safe knowing it performs this well

May try 42 pinion 34 spur.. im currently running 42/39 gears. Getting around 60+ mph. I will be satisfied with a flat 75. Thats my goal. Then on to my next project.

Yeah so the original Juggernaut was specifically tuned for speed. This suspension tune was very temporary, hence the zip ties. I want to enjoy the vehicle for what it was built for

What setup on electronics did you use I put a hobbywing 6s system in the fastest I got was with 16 pinion made 60 then the system took a shit when I went to 21 tooth I want it to do 100 plus
