So I love your page but I just wanted to maybe give some advice on meal prepping. I prep ingredients so pre chop veggies partially cook potatoes, make fresh pasta sauces, I’ll cook the protein that hold up well for 2-3 days and I got a mini rice cooker which cooks 2-6 servings and 2 servings take 15 minutes. I make fresh beans (I’m Dominican) and I put them in the fridge and i season my tofu with sofrito and you can do that with any protein for 2-3 days so it’s seasoned and it taste better. Your page is awesome, I hope you try some of these things and it helps. 🥰
