I watched video I have question; closed reduction MCP-dislocation,orthopedic standard text books strongly recommend volar directed forces on base of proximal in flexed joint and against longitudinal traction and hyper extension to avoid volar plate subluxation dorsally resulting in complex dislocation(i used this technique).What is your comment
