I don't follow NASCAR like I used too. It's cool you got to experience a race event. Even cooler that it was in your home state of Iowa!!

It's cool on TV but way better in person. I recommend Darlington and Michigan International

I used to watch NASCAR all the time until Dodge pulled out of it and now toyolet came in to replace Dodge so I mainly watch it for the crashes now . Brad Keslowski who drives for Ford now was the last person to drive for Dodge and I think he actually won more races with Dodge than he has with Ford now and he's come pretty close a few times this year but gets edged out for some reason. Years ago when I went to the Milwaukee speedway they had the Richard Petty NASCAR experience where you paid 200.00 and they would have you sit with a co driver who would explain what to do before they would go out on the track and run the cars that Petty brought out who was at this signing auto graphs which were Ford's at that time but the training was done to the people that paid they got to drive a NASCAR stock car around the track for a few laps with the co driver next to them in the car to coach them how & where to enter the apex in & out of the corners to make sure nobody hit the wall lol . I was going to do this but they had a big line of people signing up for it and me and my brother didn't feel like sitting around waiting to get the chance to sign up and watched it for about a hour then left but I got to say it was more fun to watch than being at my aunt and uncles place sitting around board talking to them and some of my cousins who i found out at that time vote blue so I told my brother I want nothing to do with them anymore & quit associating with them because they were all for this BS we are seeing that's being done in our once great country . If my mother & father were still alive and knew what they were about I'm sure they would have done the same thing me and my brother did & that was to never go out to see them ever again or talk to them . They had moved from Milwaukee & lived in San Diego California because my uncle was a squid in the navy and used to go sailing but once he died she came back to Milwaukee and died not long after from Cancer I had heard which sucks but many years ago they seemed ok but some how got brain washed from living in Milwaukee for all of those years . As far as the Richard Petty NASCAR experience I'm not sure if he still does this or not but that track in Milwaukee is very old from what I found out & haven't looked to see if he still does this or not but for the 200.00 it cost at that time I thought that was a heck of a deal & kind of regret not doing it back then . Hopefully you get the new drag car out & get some video footage of you driving it because it looks like a pretty nice car so make sure you get some video footage of you pounding on it lol .
