Ya'll, this video starts out with me cussing up a storm. For good reason too. Someone's random call at the same time hooking into the biggest smallmouth of the season, then losing the smallmouth and last dream sickle spinnerbait. I was pissed. But I kept moving and pushing through and found enough bass to push me to first place. It was an amazing day using spinnerbaits and one I will always remember. Make sure you watch it all, at the end, I tell you exactly what I'm using. Hopefully you guys enjoy the show!

Not sure noticed but the wire broke when that big fish jumped, you can see the blades fly to the right and smack the water. Wasn't your knot or anything just probably the last fish that bait could handle.

@@str8yakd Jackson Adventures has a top notch warranty department they will get you taken care of. Just make sure to get video footage of the drive making the sound on the water and off the water.

Where are you fishing in this video on the susquehanna? Is the area you’re at accessible by a 16’ boat with 20 hp motor? Loved your video!!

Thanks! This is the west branch. This area does have a ramp but unfortunately is under construction at this moment.

Great video, I have a camp north of Lock Haven and the small mouth fishing on the west branch is insane. I am def going to try your recommended colors. Your power pole seems to work wonders on the river, are they good if the bottom is rocky?

Awesome! Heck ya! Let me know how you do. The power pole is an absolute must! They are made for river fishing and have no issues on rock. I'd recommend the extra heavy (XH) power pole that they make. Just be wary, the grab you quick and that can cause some balancing issues on the yak. But they are super important to be able to cast to most of the bank. Of you don't have one. While catching fish, you'll miss alot more opportunity to fish an area. When there one bass, there usually more.
