1st RUN! Arrma FIRETEAM 6S 🔥 Skatepark Bash & BROKE IT! 🙁 How Good Is It? Diff tuning, Punch 9, 15t

Yeah...it wasn't expected but an easy fix. Arrma are going to warranty it but the part was cheap. Love arrma warranty! I did a few jumps afterwards with no issues. I think it was a one off 👍

They really are the best. I had the V1 kraton and with out question upgraded the evil “Red” esc and servo to updated ones free. It was before the buy out but still. They are great. PS Great channel. Hope you continue to grow. You are doing great work. Coming from a 46 year old veteran of the hobby

@@kevinb729 thank you brother...I really appreciate the positive feedback. I had the v4 kraton which was fun but sold it to get the kraton exb. Personally I feel its the king of the 1/8 basher. The only bad point is the pillow balls popping out 🙁

@@inspiredrc yeah, the servo died after 3 weeks and the esc after 1 month ..... I am not going to buy any car anymore with spektrum in it. This is the second Spektrum that died on me in 2 months. 1ste was from my talion and now this one .... same with the servos ... But now ... it is going to fly ...

@@NBRC buddy thats a major downer...did arrma not warranty it for you? I've had good luck with my 8s electronics. I hope my 6s electronics hold out but alot of people have reported similar issues with the spectrum 6s stuff. Fingers crossed 🤞

@@inspiredrc i soldered xt90 on the esc, so the store had to send it back to spektrum. I don't think i am goingto get a new esc ... you know what they say when you solder something else on there ... but ... if i get it back ... i am selling it ... I only want Hobbywing now ...

Thx brother... 8s fireteam sounds insane 😳 I dont intentionally land on throttle but I had to try and the car round to land it. Touch wood since changing out the broken diff cup under warranty I've not had any other issues. The kaiju wheels sound good 👍 I've recently purchased a set of the arrma 6s backflip wheels. I've not had chance to run the new wheels long...I'm still yet to decide if I like them better than the fireteam one. I'm currently doing some major upgrades to the rig...I will share soon on my channel...stay tuned! Thanks for watching and appreciate the feedback 👊👍🙂

Hi pal. Hope your well. The roll cage is super strong 💪 I reinforced my body panels with shoe goo...so far its still good. The rig looks awsome and flys well. I'm happy with it so far 🙂

Thx bro..the skin does look good in action😎 its an awsome rig. If I could i would rather do an exb conversion...its definitely got potential as a good basher. If your planing on light bashing then the rtr would be fine. The quad sounds awsome too...I had one in my youth which I ripped around my parents garden.

@@inspiredrc it’s only £400 for a 1000w quad, a little bit of chopping & welding a few strong as hell servos I reckon you’ll be left with a really fun buggy to thrash around 🤷‍♂️ would only be 2 wheel drive but after removing some weight and no rider it means i should be fine to gear it up a bit as well 🤔 it’s all still in my head at the moment but I’m piecing thing together and just think it would be a great project

Thx bro...yeah the breakage was annoying but expected as I landed on full throttle a couple of times. The exb outdrives are thicker. Exb diffs are better👍

Thx buddy! I got the skin from arrmaskinz.com they have lots of different cool skinz... I love my fireteam too...I'm running it on 6s. I have put the 15t high speed pinion at punch 9...I would increase the punch to 9 if your running 12t stock pinion. If that doesn't work then put 500k diff fluid in the center diff. Its easy to do.... I am working on a wheelie bar and roof skid plates today...the video should be up on the channel this week. Make sure you watch it if you can...its gona be a cheap...inexpensive solution. I will be testing it too..👍🙂
