1UP USA Bike Roof Rack Install and Review 2019 Golf R MK7 5 

I had the noise while driving with 2 of their roof racks. There is an easy fix. Don’t have the rack closed 100% when not carrying bikes. Lift the front and back wheel hoops each up slightly in the middle. Vibration noise gone. Good luck.

Perfect set up!

Looks perfect setup for my Subaru Outback - maybe 2 in back and two up top . 4 in back seems long and heavy . Do you load up all your racks hitch style and roof at the same time ? Also how do you hook transfer the roof rack to the rear ? I know you don’t need to now but you mentioned you could. I’m looking at buying the 1up system with add ons and lots of accessories but then I saw the roof rack and now back to confusion on what’s best . Lol

how is the rhino rack holding up dose it effect the door seams much ?

Is there any security locks for the rack to secure it to the crossbars?

I went with the oem bike rack attachment. (VW badges, but really rebadged Thule) Very happy with them, only one arm but it's very secure and no noise. Only $105 each unit on sale. Overall very happy with it.

Is there anyway of locking the bike rack to the crossbars?

you can leave the nuts on the brackets loose and just slide the rack on to the track and tighten.

Bike seems to be pretty wobbly. Would it hold a ebike securely?

How do you lock the bikes to the rack? Do you ever leave the bike unattended?
