1zpresso ZP6, Commandate C40 & 98mm SSP, which one taste better? | My opinion only

Some part of the video quality is distorted. I am not sure why. I am using my S21 Ultra 5G to record the video and Rode mic to record the audio.
Anyone experience this distortion before or has any solutions to this, please let me know!
For todays video, I am using a sweeter coffee which has some acidity and more on sweetness.
With ZP6, C40 and 98mm SSP, they fair quite differently in terms of aroma and tasting notes.
All these tasting notes is of my own and my preferences. Let me know if it is different for you or you have similar experience as I do.

Hi CY, I love the look of your Cafe. Great comparison in grinders. Do you like doing pour overs better than espresso. ? They would take more time. But I guess you can do both at once. ❤

Hi Gwen. I am doing more filtered than espresso but occasionally its good to have a small milk based drink which i usually do a Cortado (if i need more caffeine) or piccolo when i needed a more milky drink. I seldom do cold milk based drink but I like cold brew and occasionally an ice drip.

Hi CY, I really enjoy your videos and your coffee profile is similar to mine, so I trust your taste buds. That's why I bought the Kingrinder K6 it was my first grinder, and it's been solid. However, I'm starting to get bored with the taste it produces. I'm not keen on buying the Commandante; it feels a bit old-fashioned to me. Do you think upgrading to the ZP6 would be a good move? Thanks for the great videos, by the way I love them!

I have both grinders and to me personally ZP6 is a huge upgrade. K6 produces too many fines which makes coffee muddy and bitter, but if grind coarser gives a paper taste. While ZP6 coffee is really clean and bright, more fruity notes.

@KirillShvesov I agree. K6 produces a more muddy cup of coffee than zp6. While zp6 produces a cup of coffee that is too clean. It's extreme ends.

Aside from taste, maybe include also the speed of grinding. It’s a critical factor during competitions especially for light roasts i.e. Medium fine setting for Aeropress
