You can use a leveling kit for a 1997-2010 Ford F-250 2wd. They cost anywhere from $20-$40 on eBay. Buy 3/4x10 8” bolts from Amazon $14. Get 2 nuts, 4 washers, 2 lock washers from the hardware store $5. Use 648 LocTite on the nuts.
Ran home RS5136 front shocks from eBay was $79.

You'll have a problem with the camber, even changing camber cams won't solve. To bring camber down enough the spindle will rub the I beam and grinding will be needed. Don't use pucks,by the time you're done you can get a set of springs

Thanks for the video. I just installed the cc880s springs on my 2002 E350 and gained an inch. My van is has the handicap body lift. I have more caster/camber adjustment left. I am going to try the spacers also.

I just finished my 2005 e350 with an aluminum puck. I had to use 10” bolts. Mine is a 6.0 powerstroke it may make a difference on the dimensions of the i beams.

Thanks for sharing, did you have to upgrade shocks because of the 2" lift? Or will the original stock shocks work?

The front you will have to get new shocks because the factory shocks are NOT long enough when you add a 2" spacer. The rear I always use coilover shocks to eliminate the side to side sway.

So what happened with the camber when you did this? Did you do anything to correct it, or do you just send it? Fair winds and fun adventures! - LAF

A real alignment shop will have caster/camber pills to correct it. Chain stores cannot do alignments right.

You have to take it to a real alignment shop. Chain stores don’t know how to do anything.
