@@LittleManEG damn bro you should race that one evo by the guy who has the “white privilege” 2000hp 5.0. His evo is lightweight 1100whp and does very low 3.xx on the street
Littlemaneg isn't afraid to put his honda against anything mad respect for him but if it would've been a dig race that would've been a whole different story
As someone who owns a 2500hp gtr. I give full respect to anyone who builds a Honda or any car that “stays” with our 2000+ hp cars. I’d take that civic anyday
@@landenlove3051 the r8 is cool and all but give me that raw crazy hp from a super light eight built civic. I put in some work while driving. My gtr makes you put in work only from a launch, after that it’s a straight like an arrow. I miss the rush of a 1000hp go kart lol
I know how hard it’s getting to set these up in safer and less likely to be caught spots. Good to see you guys at least had basically no traffic around you. Great races that civic is surprisingly stable for that power level.
@@fgj8379there's a completely built 5.0 on RU-vid that made over 3k to the wheels on the Dyno so I wouldn't be surprised if there's one out there with 2kwhp
I follow him on Instagram. He ran from a Dig 7.9 at 195mph in the 1/4 (A few days ago) At the track. But it seem like on this race he was maxed out at 180mph unless the draggy doesn't register over 175mph.
I’d like to point out how in the rear camera view neither of these extremely quick street cars are spitting flames everywhere. That’s because lighting off fuel in your exhaust doesn’t = power. #NoFlameTune
Its not how much power they CAN make that matters, its how much power you push through them. If you run around blasting 2000 HP to the tires, pull after pull, its not going to last very long. That R8 may be capable of 2000, but I doubt it was making it on the street. Looked like he was running Toyo RRs. Youre not gonna put down 2000 HP on asphalt, especially on RR's
From a rolling start the heavier more powerful Audi will obviously take the win. I'm confident though, that from a dig that less powerful Honda would have a winning chance in the quarter mile before the Audi starts catching up.
Honda needs Billet block with bigger turbo to put down 2k hp on the street then it’ll be a better match for the Audi. Can’t punch above weight without putting down near same numbers that Audi is to powerful. Littleman EG definetly can still make that hatch faster then what it is now.
2000 hp is hard to beat. I've never heard of any K series making anywhere close to that. Civic may have weight advantage but the difference in power is too much. Both cars are fast af tho.
@@TheBb6prelude yeah but that ain’t saying much the fastest cars pretty much never come out around here. This race is a rarity and probably took weeks to setup
@@BigMotorLover When there is no replacement for displacement. V10(10cylinders) Twin Turbo AWD vs a 4cylinder Civic AWD. The R8 is SICK AF and The Civic is INSANE. Like saying $25k Built Civic vs an $350k+ Built R8.
Been into street racing for 20 years but, down to 35mph on the highway... so reckless, stacking up traffic behind you all. Not cool. Find a better place and time.
