Sir, bat ganon po ang pag-round down sa max spacing ng temperature or shrinkage bars? Yong 327.25 po na naging 325.

Ahhh. Sa actual construction kasi, mahirap yung pag measure ng may butal. Kaya by 5mm or 10 mm yung pag-present natin ng spacing.

Sir, how about pag 600 mm po young dimension ng slab mo, ano po magiging dimension ng 1 strip na icoconsider? Hindi na po sya 1000 mm?

Pwede po i-set na kaagad yung span ng slab na 0.6m, pero pwede din po na per meter pa din, then sa last part nlang i-substitute yung span.

So bale po sir maging ganito sya, Consider 1 strip=1m Mu=Wu(0.6)^2/8 Rn=Mu*10^6/0.90*(1000)d^2 S=Ab/As*600 Maging ganito po sir?

Good afternoon po sir. Ask ko lang po what if mas malaki yung computed Spacing sa max spacing. Itetake po ba yung spacing as max spacing or may babaguhin po sa thickness ng slab? Thank you po.

Sir ask ko lang po, san po kaya malalaman ang mga applied loads kapag nagde-design na po in real life? Kasi sa problem solving laging given po ang loadings pero paano po kaya kapag on your own na po san po kaya kukunin ang loads para makapagdesign po? Please answer my curiosity maraming maraming salamaat po, sir!

Sa NSCP, nasa chapter 2 yung mga minimum design loads. Dun ka kukuha ng mga loads na gagamitin mo sa design

Hi Clowie. There is no specific value mentioned in NSCP regarding that. But I think it can be computed using the minimum concrete cover, minimum bar to be used, and possibly satisfy deflection limits in NSCP Section 407.3.1.

Good evening sir, ask ko lang po what if yung rho is not in between rho min and rho max? anong value ng rho na po gagamitin since di okay yung calculated rho? thank you po.

Hi. If di okay yung calculated rho, the rho should be changed to any value between rho min and rho max. Typically, rho max ang ginagamit, pero any value will do as long as it is within the range ng minimum and maximum.:)
