The fine people over at AAA Studios decided to vigorously send copyright claims and even take down notices because of my Clockman video. So if you're wondering why that portion is trimmed out, thats why.
I think it may have to do with that mysterious woman in white, like who was she? Also legal reasons because who would they pay the royalties to if they played the short on repeat and yet again, nightmare fuel for little kids.
it's pretty straightforward; the episode came out right around the time that the crack epidemic was starting. so having such things being called "crack monsters", it's not really a phrase they wanted children repeating. it's nothing super deep, it was just an unfortunate phrase at an awkward time
Thanks for changing the thumbnail bro. It's crazy, because I'm like 10 years older than when I first saw the pic, and I KNOWWWWW how stupid the story is, but that Jeff face sends a shock down my spine every single time I see it to this day
Ngl I never read the story when I was younger because of that pic. I finally heard the story a couple months ago through creepcast and I felt so dumb 😂
Unsure if anybody cares at all, but a lost media that's been found recently were the lost episodes of 'Out of Jimmy's Head.' There's an archive for them on RU-vid. And yes, they're god awful.
Most likely because there’s illegal activity going on. Not only did it seem like a bunch of shady companies were involved, but just making something like that is just asking for the aggressive hammer of children’s media IP protection lawyers to come swinging. Children’s media is notorious for putting a crap ton of money into really good and aggressive lawyers to protect their copywrite/IP’s. Think of how you’re warned not to come within a mile of anything that resembles a Nintendo or Disney character if you don’t want a lawsuit. What they were making was not nearly different enough to pass as something unique. They were outright using the Spongebob name, and it’s clearly not a parody or a criticism.
A day with Spongebob Squarepants will always be my favorite lost media video, mainly because of how bizarre and creepy the rabbit hole goes. What began as a weird bootleg mockumentary of everyone's favorite Nickelodeon cartoon became this unsettling rabbit hole of mysterious movie production companies and a network of very suspicious and aggressive people that ultimately become more interesting than the supposed movie itself. There's definitely money laundering or something illegal behind Reagal films. The fact that their website at one point infects your computer with a Trojan virus and their address is behind a small shopping center in Atlanta is downright disturbing creepypasta stuff. I am reminded of another "movie production company" in the UK called Brightspark Entertainment. Almost identical to this one, their "films" were just stolen and repackaged existing titles with different names. Literally just theft. They were covered by IHE in his "The (NOT DISNEY) collection". I found their address on their website traced to a sketchy location in Brighton, England. One that clearly had no office and was very similar in nature to the Reagal films location. It's all so creepy and fascinating to me. 😄
Ahhh opening with Clockman gave me a lil nostalgic twinge in my heart, pretty sure that must've been the first vid of yours I saw. Love the work you do and I'm glad you've been so successful with it!
@@rubyrusso9678 Yeah, Apparently the studio behind the clockman cartoon put a copyright on his video since it's their cartoon. So he had to delete that part of that video :(( so now the first 20 minutes are missing.
She sure did - I'd expect that from the lead sing of The United States Of America, though. A sadly forgotten band that influenced so many right through to the early 90s.
Finding lost media is one of the few instances the internet has been used for what it was designed for. Randos around the world banding together to solve something, even if trivial shows how people are capable of supporting each other (and how powerful sheer curiosity can be)
There’s a TV series called “Whirlpool” that is completely lost, however there is evidence that it exists and it has only been aired in a few countries, notably the former Yugoslavia. Here’s a response from my brother to the post on Reddit: No, you are not crazy at all! Whirlpool did, in fact, exist. Here is some information i can contribute: It was filmed at 13 Erlswold Way, Saxonwold (Gauteng, South Africa) It was pretty rushed, they used the furniture already in the house that belonged to the family that lived there at the time. The same producer that used to produce Carte Blanche had something to do with it. How do I know this? Because the family that lived there was mine-my mother when she was a child, grandmother, grandfather, etc. Can you please raise awareness about this, so that I can get an archive of the series, not only for archival reasons, but also personal reasons? Thank you!! Let’s search together!
Very nice and nostalgic to see how far not only how much lost media got found, but how far you've along you've come content wise. Been subscribed since your first video called top 40 lost or banned episodes of kid shows.
the level of secrecy is in line with university students that work in the archive messing with people while breaking rules and probably what is happening.
I gotta say, the times i've had to go no sleep studying for important tests, I always hopped to your lost media documentaries and other videos. This is great!
I actually feel really nostalgic for jorge’s videos. I remember watching the “go for a punch” video, creepy kids show characters and hitogata whilst camping. Your videos are the perfect example of quality over quantity
I got recommended your one of your Lost Kids Shows videos while I was on vacation in the summer of 2015. That was almost a decade ago. I honestly can’t think of a RU-vidr I’ve been subscribed to for this long. I’ve got a lot of good memories of being in high school watching your content. I’m 23 now. Still look forward to seeing new uploads from you. Thanks for keeping the good work up over all this time, man. It’s been great seeing your style change over the years.
These compilation videos are so good to sleep to, I have a specific playlist just for these types of videos and also iceberg videos too. Thank you so much for making a compilation of your lost media documentaries!!! 😊
Dude you must of made this for me. i would rewatch your videos to sleep to on consistent basis. I appreciate the work you do and will look forward to your future videos 😎
I love these videos. I’m not even really that into lost media, I just love a good mystery. It’s always great to see you have uploaded because it means I get to rewatch a new video over and over again
I was about to lay down for a nap after a very busy day, and I saw this video drop! I usually listen once while I’m napping and rewatch again later on after I wake up. Thanks! 🙏 😊
I've been working on a big queue of commissions today and finding videos to play while I work. Bless you for uploading this big compilation I can occupy my evening with!

i had sesame Street 847 for a project on PBS Kids and I was asked about it by one of the judges, we were also listening to that same video in the hotel room getting ready
Ok I got one that's been bugging me for years. There was a jrpg on the ps2 I rented as a teen, I can't remember the name but I remember the plot a small bit. It was about a young white haired protagonist and his talking cat that could shape shift into weapons and was the source of his powers. The twist was the protagonist was a living homuculus made by a old Immortal to grant his wish to die. After he killed his creator the protagonist forgot and believed his talking cat was the weapon not himself. It was a 2D jrpg as far as I know. No one could ever figure this game out
@@anndreeyaaa magical summoning books that warp reality there was this antenna TV channel that had imported shows from foreign countries I think that show was Canadian
I’m sick today but having this to watch is really nice. Just a heads up, in the clockman segment, part of the video is cut so the stuff about the English dub search is missing ( this might be on purpose but I wanted to mention it just in case ). Also, Pink Morning Cartoon is mislabeled when introduced bc the text wasn’t changed from the last segment. I really enjoyed the video, it helped me draw:)
I remember back in early 2000, i sold a TON of old VHS tapes of stuff I just taped off TV as a teen but never thought much of when I sold them all to a guy who loved old video tapes. You never know what someone has til it surfaces.
