Counter-rotation is not a specific problem if your back muscles are strong enough. There are specific abdominal and back exercises that my friends and I have been doing since we were young teens. It allows you to go ahead with the rotation and transfer loads appropriately into your lower body without injuring yourself too much. A lot of pace bowlers have inadequate strength in their lower bodies (thigh, hamstring and calf muscles specifically) and that is the root cause for many problems.

HELP NEEDED! I am a medium pace bowler,and i can deliver some really fast bowls aswell but wen i try to do it i cant keep a line or lenght it mostly goes wide,while bowling fast i have no controle over the ball, whats the matter? will somebody help?
