@@anthonycooperrrt6175 Welcome from Georgia! Not familiar with that lake but most people in the south will start to see fish moving toward shallower water. Right now look in 15-25 feet. Check points and and brush piles in that depth. Bridges are a good place to look as well. Thanks for watching!
Good tips and reminders. Been enjoying your videos. Would love to get some details on your livescope setup. What graph you running and how do you have it mounted? I like that height.
I've been using the Thump Gel. A few months ago, my wife and I pulled the boat to a lake with cabins, and it rained the whole way over. My jar of chartreuse crappie nibbles lost the lid, and the wind-blown nibbles were all over my boat, getting wet and dissolved. Those crumbly nibbles were even under my console. I took my wife and our Jack Russell out for a boat ride, and the dog got under the console, coming out with chartreuse spots all over him. I'll never buy another jar!
20lb braid and you're breaking off? Somethings not right, is it slipping out the eye of the jig, is your knot coming loose or what? No way it should actually break
@@crappiemoment I supposed old line could, but realistically probably one need to pull off 20' and keep going. I run between 10 and 15lb braid, never broke one.
@@crappiemoment copy that. One other thing, sometimes if there is paint in the eye of the jig I can be sharp depending how she when it was removed. Good luck.
