2 Democratic candidates named Bob Ferguson withdraw from Washington governor's race

Washington Attorney General (AG) Bob Ferguson addressed recent developments in the state's governor's race Monday morning, days after two people named Robert Ferguson joined the ballot.
On Friday, two additional Democratic candidates filed to run for Washington governor under the name Bob Ferguson. Right wing activist Glen Morgan posted on Facebook around 5 p.m. Friday saying he was the "volunteer campaign manager for two of the Bob Fergusons running for governor. They are both superior in every way to the AG running for the same office, and I believe they can provide better choices for the Democrats in our state for that office."
By Monday evening, both Bob Fergusons told KOMO News they were dropping out of the race.

I've read RCW 29A.84.320, none of this applies to these two men. It would only apply if they were running for AG against him, he is NOT an incumbent in the Governors race.

Actually, those other two Bobs were republicans engaging in election fraud and should be punished to the full extent of the law, no matter if they dropped out. They were trying to steal Washingtonian's rights to a free and fair election. This Morgan guy should suffer the consequences as well. All the gop has now is lies, schemes, conspiracies and subterfuge. They can't win anything honestly, because they have no policy except the undoing of everything. The only use they have for the U.S. is to pilfer from. Seriously, f#$% them.

Why vote red? WA is forever blue and always will be. It's why I left back in 2017. The State is beautiful as are the folks living there. Still, King County rules the entire State and no change is coming anytime soon.

I disagree, the state is beautiful but the people in the Seattle area are cold and heartless. I moved out back to my home state, what a drastic difference in how people treat each other.
