I came here by the power of Google because I've never had silken tofu and your recipes just looked so delicious. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, I just don't eat meat too often, so I used a real egg and maybe I'll try it with real sausages sometimes, because the vegan ones I got didn't taste all that good (or maybe just another brand). I tried both recipes and they turned out great, even with my little adjustment. I'm officially a fan of silken tofu now. Thank you for expanding my repertoire of (mostly) vegan dishes! 😊💕
Did mushrooms instead of the vegan sausages (don't entirely rust the chemical makeup of the vegan brand 'meats') delicious, little explosions of flavour!
These veggie sausages I got from the Vegan Grocer in San Juan City. I also like to get veggie sausages (in can) from Country VegeFoods - these ones are a lot more affordable (85 per can). Hope this helps!! ◡̈
