I couldn't stop crying with the second exercise. I wasn't expecting that at all, my tears gently burst out. Still not sure of the feeling, but it is sort of nice. I will try it again tomorrow, see what happens 🌸 Thank you so much for sharing 🩷

What to do if you don’t feel anything? I have tried a few different exercises like this and do not experience and increased calmness or reduction in anxiety/symptoms.
