This is my first NEW video since launching my Heather Telford Art youtube channel. Thank you to all who have subscribed and been viewing videos 'from the archive'. It has been a thrill to see people enjoying content I created over the last few years. I am keen to continue to build this channel with new techniques, projects and investigations.

Awesome video Heather. I have done the two for one with dirty pours (acrylic paint) and they work beautifully too. Such a great way to get two lovely backgrounds from one application of inks. I especially LOVE your square stencil. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing talent! xx

Thanks so much Loll, I think I did the 2 for 1 with paint pouring also. I've only done paint pouring a couple of times. I am enjoying designing stencils so you'll be seeing more😉

Thanks for dropping by. I rarely use blending solution; instead I dilute and move the inks with isopropyl alcohol. Maybe I will do a comparison video; they do react differently.

@@heathertelfordart That would be awesome. I have limited success with alcohol inks, and have been encouraged to use blending solution instead of alcohol. The alcohol I have is 91 percent. Thank you!

Wonderful video and so glad you are back on RU-vid! These alcohol ink backgrounds are gorgeous. The stencils and embossing folders really add beauty. I didn't know this was possible. Can't wait to give it a try! Question: Can you diecut the stencil material instead of using a Cricut machine? Thanks.

Yes you can, I've done that too. I've been using grafix matte duralar which is quite light weight. When I've used thicker plastic film I've had to cut it twice.

Just lovely work! Love alcohol inks and learning about alternatives to Yupo. Found the Dura-bright on Amazon and also the Grafix Craft Plastic. The appear to the same product..but that doesn't make sense to me! Is there a difference..other than price? Looking forward to watching your other videos!!

They are the exactly the same product just marketed in different ways and sizes. I find craft plastic stains less than yupo so if you want to remove colour with rubbing alcohol you can be quite successful
