That thick or heavy vynel tile is better to me than laminates, unless it's real wood laminates, but nothing's better on a bathroom floor to me as masonry materials

How are you closing in 7 days? Are you getting full title insurance, Lien search, Utility bills back from vendors in that short amount of time? Takes minimum 3 weeks out here in PA. Seems like something can come back and bite you in the chain of title.
The property you are standing in front of claiming that you bought appears to be 3038 colgate dr. Property records indicate this has been owned by the same person since 1993-today(June 2019) with no change in ownership. How is this possible when you say you purchased the home?
Just curious is that 2 bedroom Max was fixing up was a wholesale deal for him or a flip project. I thought with wholesaling that the buyer would be the one to renovate after you have sold them the contract for the home. Anyone?

Wowwwww you’re in Winston Salem!!!! I’m in raleigh nc and I’m just getting into the business!!! I do commercial roofing Monday thru Friday with paid driving time and breaks and hour and a half lunches. I make about $800 a week on 60 hours or so, hopefully soon I’ll be able to invest full time. I was just gonna get a flashy car for the ladies but I think this will set me up for life most definitely
