When you're AWARE... your JKD ( Jeet Kune Do / Bruce Lee's Methodology Toward Self Defense ) will NIP this attempted 2 HANDED FRONTAL THROAT CHOKE attack with sliding leverage before it is completed successfully, but, sometimes, you're caught "OFF GUARD" and need to do handle your attacker like I did with a TOK SAU (SAO) known as "LIFTING HANDS" !!! To be honest, I, saw TOK SAU (SAO) being used on the wooden dummy ( Mok Jong ) but, NEVER knew what it could be used for, so, one day I tried it out on JKD Sifu Raymond Bray who is 6'6" weighing in at 280lbs.. I, first brought my chin down protecting my throat while lifting my shoulders up as I lift JKD Sifu Bray's elbows upward with the Tok Sau (Sao) as I walked forward.
