Very nice model home , but I am surprised that Lennar Home has that many optional, usually in Florida There’s no optional. I will check with the builder in Florida because my niece own a Lennar Home. I really love that model 👍

Pretty nice home, just needs a few items corrected. Why is it that the builders always extend the staircase out so far into hallway? In the nex gen apt, a zero threshold would be great for an elderly parent. Less tripping accidents getting into shower. Just my thought. Great kitchen with double ovens. Some of the more expensive homes don't even offer those. Overall a nice home.

Hi Dee, not sure why the staircase is extended. It might be because of the tall ceilings. When you have tall ceilings, you need more stairs to get to the second floor. So if you get the option with lower ceilings, it shouldnt be a problem.

Hi I don't want to say anything bad. But even though it's supposed to be spacious some of the spaces seem like a tight fit example the baths and a couple bedrooms but I guess you tried to include a lot for the price. Beautiful aesthetics but you have to be disciplined with new purchases etc. A lovely home though. I like it. Wish it had a pool and wish it were mine still though. Really nice.

beautiful... question... the law does not allow for 2 stoves...? the smaller apartment does not have one... how will they cook there...? also, according to the law its another family member that must live in the smaller apartment, it cant be a stranger...? thanks...

I had no idea that the law says you have to rent it to a family member for next gen. I always thought about buying one to rent out to strangers but guess that won't work. I always rent out my rooms in my previous home to strangers for extra income so was shock to learn that nextgen doesn't allow that? Also did not know adding a stove makes it a duplex by zoning laws. Love learning from your videos, Keep up the good work :)

"The law says you have to rent it to a family member for next gen" Absolutely FALSE. There "might" be an HOA "rule" for this neighborhood BUT it would be impossible to enforce.

"stove makes it a duplex by zoning laws?" Technically yes, but once again impossible to enforce BUT could be an appraisal issue when refinanced or sold. A typical renter of this type unit (college kid) would not miss a stove at all.

What they show in the model is NOT what you will get. The tiles, cabinets,carpet, fixtures will all be different. Lennar needs to stop fooling their customers. Buyers beware.
