Best multi- Gen I have seen on the market!! Most of the next- Gen suites are so small but this one is open and spacious with lots of light. Also lots of storage. Thank you for sharing

@hacopgaming8700 they tend to be different names for this type of option. You’ll hear multigen suite, next gen suite or in House Casita. Basically a full suite with living room and bedroom and bath.

I’m in love with that kitchen!! as long as it’s a bit bright. I want a white kitchen! I love palm trees and want them all around the house. Especially for privacy.

Beautiful house ❤❤❤ very detailed. I loved the dining room along with the wallpaper selection. I mean the pool was nice- but small. 😕 especially for 170k. 😱🤯 I really wanna know the size of the pool because I know Clark County has a 600sq ft pool limit and I’m hoping its bigger than that size ⁉️

When the living room is adjacent to a large covered patio area that is not vaulted, you get poor natural light. See that dark living room? My biggest complaint about my current home is perfectly illustrated here.

I am in South Africa, I love the house and the yard and everything about this house, I would just add a mini steam room in the master suite bathroom shower size, and a small gym for myself and kids. Can you please estimate for me how much it might cost plus minus estimation in rands with all the furnishes. And how many metre squares is the house and the yard?

I will check on the model and see when it may be for sale etc. Just called them and they said they have 4 lots coming in September ish.. Also no pricing yet but their last release was base price of around 1m+ before lots premiums and design. pinnaclelv.com/waterstone-plan-4090

i have solid, black, granite countertops. they're beautiful when they are clean. NEVER AGAIN. this place needs skylights in a bad way. looks dark and depressing. master bath has crackhead color combo.
