Wow...this made me have one hell of a crazy dream..It was very vivid and colorful....just wish it wasn't such a scary one....but I fell asleep right away and slept good...it was my afternoon nap....one of my weirdest dreams ever
i usually listen yours "6 Hour Multi-Dimensional Lucid Dream Adventure - "Suspended in Space" - Binaural Beats Music", bacause it sutes me. I have a wonderful dreams ( real lucidity dreams from that sound). I have to say, sometimes dreams are so real and strong, powerful that i am almost on on the adge of criyng when i woke up!!! for example, last night, i had a touch with a real love i know ( she exist now in present ), and it was real, because, i know that that person. But in real life, i have never had any serios contact with her. So, that was wonderful and gorgeous "dream", and that mean, follow your insticts! Thanks cause you open my mind, and i saw, find out that there are a multidimensional space aroud us! That mean, always follow your instickt, intuition, so, you`ll get what is prepared for you to get, to have!..P.S. sorry for my typ fellers, but i typed to fast, to not to lose purpose.

Worked great for me ^^ I'm always worried things like this will cause me nightmares - since I'm prone to panic attacks while I sleep - but it didn't :) Just caused me to dream quite odd, yet enjoyable dreams that I remembered ^^
Thats awesome. Practise writing down whatever you remember as soon as you wake up. It will jog your memory of the dream and you will remember so much more
I've done all the basics. Listened to music, kept a dream journal. And I even ask my self "is this a dream" every hour. Still struggle to lucid dream. My last lucid dream was 2 years ago and I miss it. What else can I do... Is their something you have that you believe that is your 100% best?
+Gump's Videos Try melatonin but use it on a regular basis & try it in complete darkness no night lamp, no TV on, limit the interference of external vibrations as much as possible.
+Gump's Videos inset alarms for like every hour and a half just last night I had 4 separate dreams and remembered them all. I drink tea that has lavender in it and that does the trick. I might take mug wort too to see if that helps also I usually meditate before passing out and it seems to make me more susceptible to dreaming.
all of your other music i can listen to fine with positive results, yet whenever i listen to yours or other peoples lucid dreaming videos, i have the same bad dream every time its the same thing but objects in different places but the mood and actual feeling of the dream is pain and fear like realy bad, in the dream i am being physically asaulted by something invisible in my room, i wake up heart pounding please help as i want to solve this
