I listened to this is this morning and I had a crazy experience. It wasn't scary but it is not easy to describe. I felt like my spirit was getting recharged by the universe. Me too! When I was calling "spirit guide!" I saw a glowing dot, I touched it and I began something weird began happening. I was floating in the void and I don't know how to describe the feeling, electricity but it doesn't hurt? But my dream got interupted because I had autoplay on and it made me awake

I'm a bit late to the party but wanted to add my experience anyway. I fell asleep while visualising my name, and had set intentions on meeting a spirit guide for some advice on my next career move. I woke abruptly a few hours later and although I could not remember the dream, I had clarity. I logged into my emails and found a new email about what looked like my dream job (no pun intended) I immediately replied and within an hour fell back to sleep with complete. I woke up in the morning to another email, they had received my application and would like to consider me for the role. I have an interview next week. While I am preparing I have every confidence that the job is mine already, I will be using this again the night before my interview. Forever grateful. 🙂

The was my first time ... I imagined that my conscious mind stayed at the surface of the ocean writing my name over and over while my subconscious mind saw the sun get darker and darker as I went deeper in to the ocean. All of the sudden I became aware that I was breathing underwater and then my body temperature dropped but I wasn't alarmed by it. When I looked down I had a mermaids tail and webbed hands with claws. At this point I started to panic because of possible sharks. But, I then had a thought, "You are sacred and nothing in this ocean is allowed to touch you." At that point, I noticed a male mermaid to my right about 15 feet ahead of me. He had blue-purple toned skin, purple eyes and his tail was shimmering in scales from turquoise to royal blue. I started doing summer salts and laughing as I explored this body. His serious expression turned humorous when he said, "You act like you've never been in this form before?" ... That's when I fell out of the dream. I don't get the impression he was a guide but I do think he was a friend or brother in another life. IDK about anyone else, but the images were visible but had a slight blur. Does that crystalize with practice?

i saw. my future. contacted everyone i wanted. they took me places and talked to me. everything was so freely. im so blessed and grateful. for all the messages i received. i know now. what the future holds for me. if ur wondering a guardian took me to see what i did for humanity and made me look at my work. i saw so much greens. like trees and plants. it was bright. the skies had so much beautiful eye catching skies. and i felt so great. everything ive wanted. was there in my vision. i had 6 kids too. 3 girls. and 3 older boys. is how they described it with my soulmate. i got my awnsers and ik what i must do next. 🙏🏼 lasted about an hour. so beautiful and felt timeless.

Just did this meditation.First thing I remember was swimming underwater then I was laying in bed and a black cat with a orange and white stripe tail jumped onto my bed. I tried to get it to leave and I go into the kitchen well there’s a light tan tabby in the kitchen. Needless to say I had a good 15 min left for the meditation and my dog came in yawning to let me know it was time for him to go out. I’m going to look into cat symbolism and meaning maybe there my guides. This was such an awesome and powerful experience. So happy your video popped in my video feed. So if you were aware it was a dream whilst in it, as the first step then yes. Next step is to be able to speak and move and then after that to manifest in your dreams who or what you want. I'm working on a lucid dreaming course that will be out this year to provide more guidance. Best to you, Sarah

I have been practicing lucid dreaming for a long time I can control my regular dreams which are very very real but I haven't had a lucid experience in a long time I started meditating at 16 bc of my intense anxiety I had even went through a time where I had really real night terrors about demons for a year or so I recorded 1 of them I hate listening to it. It's me trying to yell the lord's prayer in my sleep and telling something to get off of me it was a demon trying to yank me out of my bed I haven't had a night terrors in 3 years the last 1 I had I kept getting yanked out my bed out of the house raped repeatedly by demons I found out in real life I was pregnant a month or so later. It was so some messed up shit thank God it stopped. Idk why I felt the need to say all this to you and your comments I'm sorry it just came out

I didn't get to see my guide, I believe she is shy. I could definitely feel her presence. She was there & even hugged me at the end of the meditation. I ask her if she would let me see her through my dream tonight. I could feel that she has brown curly hair & is breath taking beautiful, just couldn't actually see her. She guided me through the meditation telling me what to expect before you even said it. I knew that when I stepped of the bridge, the color of the stone turned white & that what I was looking down at was a garden. I knew all that before you said it.

never be scared to lucid dream or meet your spirit guide! It's an amazing experience and if you set your intentions and meditate a little before listening to this then there will be nothing keeping you from getting the answers or the opportunities you so desire. It's not easy... just relax and breath in what the guided video is saying.

As I entered the light spirit body, a rush of subtle joy lifted me up and I was surrounded by small flattering angelic symbolic birds, I was told that I am that state from birth and beyond and that’s what people sees in me no matter what my mental state is. That I’m immortal and that physical death won’t be felt as I would transfer body immediately. That my guide is a mirror of my birth state, no name. Nothing to be done but BE. Everything is as supposed to be. I felt very light. Thank you. Excellent guidance.

I just wanna say this, I'm Native and we believe that spirits guides and guardian Angel's can see our future. If you go into a lucid dream, you can ask to speak with one of them. You can ask small questions about your future. That's really all.

It's actually negative energy leaving your body when you relax. It really helps to have a shower before and visualise the water as light (maybe draw a cross symbol on it if youcre a christian) and let the water flow down each part of your body starting from the head and let that negativity in your aura just go down the drain. This way itches won't bother you.

So... I'm shook. This is the first time that a meditation took me to a whole other level. I really wanted to meet my guides (i always had the feeling that i have many guides). I fell asleep and had a sort of paralysis. I started to hear many many voices. As if a whole crowd was trying to communicate. It gave me goosebumps. Thank you for this ❤️

I asked to my guide to deliver me a message :) Then, I opened the door (with lot of light behind) and felt into the deep space... I went upside down, saw the stars, the milky way, the earth... A lot of images came very fast in my mind and finally it stopped on two which were very vivid. I saw Pegasus running in front of me and the man of Vitruve (Da Vinci drawing). Then my cats started to move and brought me to reality :/ I will study the meaning of these two symbolic figures. Man of Vitruve seems to be mystical and mathematical (I didn't know anything about this drawing). Both are relative to the universe... that's crazy... I'm happy with this first experience, thanks a lot Sarah :)

I actually experienced a form of sleep paralysis during this meditation. I was greeted by a Nordic woman who felt trustworthy and heard a loud buzzing in my ear like my frequency was elevating. Really cool experience. Since I’m completely comfortable with meditation it was awesome but I can see how this would frighten someone who is not used to these kinds of experiences and emotions on a sub conscious level

This is one of the most dynamic meditations I've ever experienced. I like how she guides in the beginning, and then leaves you alone halfway so that you can find your comfort zone and just glide through your lucid dream. Just perfect in my opinion; kind of like you stepping into a glider and the computer is telling you your trajectory, and then finally when you're on course, the computer says, "you got this, I'm shutting down now, just close your eyes, I'll come back on when you're about to land..." 😉

I tried this last night. I was literally just seeking an answer for a specific question from any spirit. I encountered a large, black bull-headed... something. I have a faint memory of being scared by the same thing in my childhood. Also, at some point in the first half of the video when my body was almost asleep my eyes teared up. I felt like I was visiting my past but it scared me on some primal level. Like I was visiting pain.

Thank you so much for this meditation, I wanted to share my experiance, I was listering to this before going to bed, I just listened to it and went to sleep, I woke at 5 am, I had a feeling somebody woke me up and that someone was in a room I felt scared, I tried to sleep again and strange dreams asking some friends in my dreams about the question I was intending to ask the guides, my friends could not answer it it was a strange state of waking up and trying to fall asleep again and some state in between, very intensive dreams about friends and relatives

I've been trying this for 3 days now. I can't remember any of the dreams, but I know none of them were lucid. However, the voice is so soothing and beautiful, it helps me sleep. For the last couple months I've been waking up every couple hours. But when I listen to this, I sleep til my alarm goes off. I'm gonna keep trying. Maybe the lucid dream will finally happen and I'll meet my spirit guide 🤷‍♀️

try “meet your spirit guide- guided meditation by the honest guys” or something like that i met mine and she ended up being this woman named estelle which was a name that always stuck with me and she resembled this guardian angel statue i had as a child and she was white and yellow mainly and i hate the colour yellow so i knew i wasn’t rlly making it up and there was a man with her named herbalore i think and he had black hair and a grassy beard and like many plants and she said that he was the part of me that connected me to nature i kept questioning if i was making this up but i truly beleive it was my spirit guide or like spirit family idk

It was my first time... I felt every step on the progress through which the woman guided... once she hit 3-2-1 I began feeling I was entering a mind speed I can’t describe... I spoke to my guide and asked questions I saw a few extremely quick visions of faces... I kept a pen and paper next to me and woke with numbers and words... I believe my grandfather connected to. Surreal experience... I look forward to channeling my high self again later this evening and learning more. If you’re like me and you were un sure about watching this, ill share my experience to help others. I fell asleep fairly quickly and I have sleeping problems so this was like a miracle! I was asleep in 20-30 minutes and I was relaxed for that whole time. So I played red dead redemption 2 and I hunted a squirrel and I wanted to hunt a big horn ram in the game. It was the last thing I did before I listened to this video. I also walk my dog very often because I’m home a lot so I walk my dog frequently. So basically I just dreamt about walking a squirrel the size of my dog and walking a ram the same size too. It wasn’t scary but I had some control over what I was doing, but I was still dreaming so I wasn’t conscious. It felt like a normal dream but more fun because I had 1% more control over what I did. I chose if I wanted to walk the ram or the squirrel and I went back and forth with ease. I recommend to listen to this and do not be afraid just listen to every word you hear and remember to sleep in a cool place because it’s more common to have night mares in a HOT environment and also, fun fact, your body needs to drop 2 degrees F for it to sleep. :) happy dreaming :)

I tried to listen through this lovely video three times while drifting off to sleep last night. Each time I fell asleep at around the same point, and each time firstly opening my eyes looking around preparing myself for dreaming of I thought I was awake, and was scared something would happen which is inexplainable and scary, however I didn’t get such a pleasure, I just went to sleep. Strange I woke up three times last night, perhaps it was because the story suggests I set my alarm to wake myself up. This was a great video nonetheless and I’ll try again tonight to see if I can get into my dreams with this guided talk. It’s great, thank you

I never managed to meet my guide as a noise startled me out of the state just as I was getting there, but my third eye was tingling and I felt it open with a blinding light, which was an experience in itself. My entire body felt like it was floating on air..

ThanX for this guided meditation. While i listen to it i sleept away....during the night i did have a dream, i was in some unknown place, suddelnly i sow a very big, very hansome Person. Beautiful long hair, the moust beauftifull face, very pleasent white clothes . He was standing there as he was ready to move on... i felt so much love, so much respect , so strong personality...IT WAS GOD! I knew im not allowed to talk to him, i knew i was not allowed to get closer and i never get enough of watching him. I felt so small, so devotet to him.Unfortunetly my time was up, i was kicked out of a dream. Sorry my englich is not so gut so i cant describe all the feelings i had in my dream watching our GOD from the next. Thanks one more time für this meditation. Fisnik M.

I met my spirit guide 💗.It's name was.... really cool, sorta more a drawn out sound than what I imagine a name to traditionally be. It told me everything is ok. It said every thing is always ok. And for me to, free my mind. Also I felt it's vibration, which was far to complex for me, I wanted to hang out, but then I got overwhelmed by it's power....
