03:20 no I didn't know that it will help unform ice crystals. That just added to my cooking skills.. Can we add a pinch of salt too? It also lowers the freezing point. So of course not too much!

02:00 yeah I still use my fp all the time. It chops better than a Ninja blender. I have the same one as you! It's ok. It doesnt crush ice into snow like the old style Hamilton Beach blenders with the extreme tapered bottom.
