Back home in Taiwan, Enoki mushrooms usually are being used in hot pot and it surprises me a lot that you created black beans with Enoki mushrooms and enjoyed with white rice. What a great combination. Great video ❤

As a Spicy Plant Based Bestie, thanks for including the alternative, thankfully, there are lots of spicy vegan sauces :) If i find Enoki mushrooms around here with the mycelium, i'll probably try putting it in a pot with ground to see if it grows more :). edit: 5:42 oh no, i think the miximix dancer fell in the bowl!

@@lookcatchu a lot of plants are pretty hands off, i grow stuff on my balcony, it doesn't produce a lot, but it's a fun hobby, eating some beans or tomatoes you watched grow for weeks or months is very satisfying. Aromatics are nice too.

commongentry!! youre the first to point out my switch! i originally started the channel with a go with the flow type cooking, but then i began to see the joy in filming the food in different angles and lighting. after a while, i wanted to change things up so i switched my style! i just do whatever is intuitive to my creative heart to keep it authentic

I think so? I read on my bottle and it say “artificial chicken flavor (SOY, WHEAT, CELERY)” so I assume it means it vegan? I’m vegetarian and I use it in my cooking :)
