HI Curl Friends! I really hope you enjoyed this quick video. I have been on a two month challenge. I have been wanting to boost my hair fullness and thickness. After doing some research I found that I can use Fenugreek oil one my hair and scalp for hair growth. I been using it as an oil and Daily refresher for my protective style and I even take it as a tea every morning on an empty stomach. I would add this and MSM powder to the Fenugreek Tea mixture for hair growth. the taste is not the best however for the benefits that it bring I can get past the taste. If you can get past the taste you can add honey, lemon or sugar to mask the the earthy gritty taste of the tea. Doing these three things daily has really given my hair growth and retention a positive boost.
With that being said I am going to continue on with this challenge for the next 5 months. I am looking to gain thicker fuller growing hair. My goal is to reach waist length within the next 12 months however by December I want to see 5 inches of growth.
I have been writing everything down in a journal to keep track of everything that I'm doing to my hair and what products and ingredients are working or not working for my hair.
