hey John im a D2 Lacross player who got recruited to throw discus and javelin for my school also. Been loving your videos to really help me get the technique for discus down before the season starts! my movements feel so much more powerful and smooth since I started watching your tutorials!

Sawasdee Coach John, Drill 2, making sure the hips are under the left foot was such an insight and eureaka moment... Tried it and I am more smooth now.. thanks...having to adjust still ankle not 100 percent... The south african technique is working.

Hello jhon bowman sir I am a discus thrower I has thrown 1.5 kg of discus up to 30 m only but I don't have a proper training I watched your vedios it helped me lot pls help me to throw upto 60 m + how can I increase it I am 15 years old MY weight is 65 kg pls reply
