Good knowledge and understanding. just one thing when undoing case and head bolts crack all of them loose first before taking one out at a time or you could encourage minor cracks and possibly warp you cylinder, great video.

Hi Dave, I looked at the video but it wasn't so clear and could not read the screws length. Also I am not so sure on what application they intended to be used.
hello , @ 6.11 you see the GEAR CASE - how did you remove this from the motor with out taking all the bolts & screws out ?? you MISS THAT STEP OUT - AS PER USUAL :( :( : (
Hello Dave, @ 6.11 I removed the throttle link by twisting. If you mean how removed the engine after that? Then I took out the engine screws on the chassis, and the 3 screws mounting the clutch housing with the gear box. Feel free to ask if the answer is not clear.
