Hi there buddy we have the same problem as you and we have done a number of checks all we have found is the wires are burnt out had them changed and the problem has come back how did you get on when you done yours Thanks ayden
Hi Ayden, it sounds like you are having short circuit somewhere. In your case, I would check the stator and make sure that the wire coming out of the coil are insulated. It will be ideal if you have another stator that you van use and see if the problem persists.
Hi Basharat, I know that I haven't posted videos in a while, but I am planning to rebuild my bike's engine and will put that in a video. Thank you for the comment.
Tonight I ride home from work on my recumbent trike. Down Park Avenue to Greenwich Village. It was dark. Worked late. A bicycle rider pointed out I was very hard to see and I should get light mast with my flag. Found this post. I already have everything including a spool of waterproof leds from a project last year. By Monday I’ll be riding with a flashing light pole. Thanks for the idea and the instructions.
Hi Jesse, sorry I can't get my head around the tube you have in mind. I appreciate if you provide some description of it. Otherwise you can send a picture to taha_khader@hotmail.com. and remember to subscribe 😉
Thanks for sharing the replacement of the fan motor. You should call your self as a professional. I wonder what caused the motor cable to be snapped off.
If you mean reducing the weight of the wheel then specialized machine shops do this to the wheel and then balance it. However it's not recommended as the power gains are almost null, and the wheel structure is weakened and eventually it will break.
OmG! You lubricate the mating surfaces on the crankcase where the gasket goes! I thought I was the only person that done this! LoL! and YES, people dont understand how easy they come apart next time, and the gasket just peels off in one piece and does not get stuck and have to be scraped off! I actually dont use oil, i use grease ... but it does the same thing. I am SO happy to see I am not the only person that does this! I do this with ALOT of gaskets! They always seal perfect, and they always peal off so easy so there is normally no need to scrap the surfaces again, because the gasket dont stick to them :) Awesome video my friend!
Hi there, I always prefer paper gaskets as these are the most durable after copper gaskets. Yes you can make tour gasket but I recommend that you buy the gasket board where you can make your own cut. I don't think the normal cardboard will hold.
Break in is all about running the engine through heat cycles while increasing the pressure on it gradually to ensure that the pistons and rings are properly seated with the cylinder walls. First start run on idle for 10-15 minutes and then turn it off till it cools down. Secondly ride the bike with 1/4 throttle max while shifting gears up and down for 15 - 20 minutes. Thirdly repeat the 2nd step with 1/2 throttle for the same period. Lastly repeat it again with 3/4 throttle and for the same period. It is important to let the engine cool down all the way between these steps, In other words each step is a cold start. Use the same fuel oil mix that you usually use, some folks mistakenly go rich on oil thinking more lube is better, but this makes the fuel/air mix lean and causes the engine to run hotter. It worked with me everytime and the last rebuild i had to do was around 8 years ago. I hope this was helpful.
One more thing, if this is an RC engine with no gears, then keep going with the throttle up and down when the RC in motion, without exceeding the 1/4, 1/2 and the 3/4 of each stage. Once this process is complete then you can go to full throttle briefly in the beginning to see how the engine behaves. Normally I wouldn't go hard on it until 2 or 3 fuel tanks are consumed after the break in.
Hi there, I not where to buy it since it was already installed in the house. I have the contact of the certified service and parts agency, they might be able to help. It is 80054. Good luck.
Lack of compression can be due to improper piston ring gap or due to cylinder wall tolerance being out of spec. I would look at these two areas given that the piston size is correct.
Hello my friend, can you please do a video on the BRACK on this RC CAR, as for some reason iv got NO DRIVE to the Gearbox and to the central Diff to both Drive shafts ,please help me Sir .
Hi Dave, I looked at the video but it wasn't so clear and could not read the screws length. Also I am not so sure on what application they intended to be used.
hello , @ 6.11 you see the GEAR CASE - how did you remove this from the motor with out taking all the bolts & screws out ?? you MISS THAT STEP OUT - AS PER USUAL :( :( : (
Hello Dave, @ 6.11 I removed the throttle link by twisting. If you mean how removed the engine after that? Then I took out the engine screws on the chassis, and the 3 screws mounting the clutch housing with the gear box. Feel free to ask if the answer is not clear.
I have a 32cc CY engine in my HSP truck. Does the same torque specs work on cyl head bolts for example on a 32 cc engine? They seem almost identical in all other aspects
